The menu strikes a harmonious balance between indulgent comfort and thoughtful, ingredient-driven creativity, exemplifying a skillful merging of tradition and modernity that extends from shareable small plates to composed mains.

This smoky-sweet chop arrives atop creamy goat cheese grits, balanced by tangy collards and juicy grilled grapes. The whole grain mustard seeds add pops of flavor and texture to each bite.

Crunchy cornflake-coated juicy chicken, nestled in a brioche bun with tangy dill pickle slaw and aged hot sauce create a perfect balance of flavors, while creamy garlic aioli adds a rich finish.
