Atchafalaya's Southern-Creole menu pays homage to Louisiana's culinary heritage, showcasing regional ingredients like andouille sausage, Gulf seafood, and Creole spices. Classic dishes are reimagined with modern touches, from the free-form blue crab raviolo to the harissa-spiced cauliflower with whipped tofu. The offerings evoke a sense of place, with nods to peach orchards and stone creek farms, while exhibiting refined technique across starters and entrees alike.

A succulent wagyu flat iron steak is complemented by roasted potatoes, savory mushrooms, and vibrant shishito peppers, served with a herbaceous chimichurri sauce and a velvety miso-carrot puree.

A savory shrimp and grits dish featuring smoky andouille sausage, juicy cherry tomatoes, and a richly spiced shrimp broth.
